Does anyone on SmokStak know where I can obtain a No 3 Schutte & Korting injector.
This is for use on an 1891 Baldwin 0-4-0ST steam tram now having a major overhaul at the Museum of Transport and Technology in Auckland, New Zealand.
This machine lay dormant and unloved in a paddock for several years in the late 50s. Most things brass disappeared but we were fortunate to obtain back one of the injectors but the other was lost. We have been using a small Browns injector in its place but this is not big enough.
If there are no No 3 ones around then even a No 4 would't go amiss.

Try this.

Schutte and Koerting and competitor Sellers were both ' across town ' from Baldwin in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. They are just off the PA Turnpike, near the exit that leads to the New Hope and Ivyland excursion railroad.

Thanks Jim. I was in contact with someone there a while ago but I don't think they knew what I was talking about. The present S & K firm seem only to deal with very big steam equipment.
I missed one on e-bay earlier this year.
