I just drive home from Ontario. About 1200 miles, legal disclaimer: pic related may have been wheels on jack stands... made good time though... 16 hrs with stops

Hmm, I might have thought that your voltage looks a little high, but with it being that cold it's probably pretty reasonable...

Well... I did have the heated seat on
I needed a car other than my '67 biscayne and my friend had this Audi A4 for sale but he shoe horned a v8 into it and I couldn't say no... I've always been a big 3 guy, owned mostly Chevy but this thing is pretty fun!

Lol! That does indeed look like fun! That V-8 was singing right along, eh?

I'm pleasantly impressed. It's torquey enough to loaf around, but if you let it rev it starts getting interesting. The all wheel drive is something I've never driven and I must say it's impressive. It's stick so fun x5! I still like my big block chevy's, but for a daily driver my jimmy's are tickled pink.

As you all know I've moved and am still setting up shop. Do you think I can find my boring bars for the mill

At 113MPH which is equal to 182KPH, that little V8 is just starting to stretch its legs. Only drawback at that speed...... MOOSE!

Your temp -18.5C is equal to -1.3F. That is too freakin cold for me. We had temps from 9F to 14F at night with temps to 18F during the day with slight wind in north New Jersey. I was frozen in 30 seconds and I had 2 coats, gloves and all.

Started tearing her down this morning. At first glance I though the piston was going to be serviceable until a piece of ring land fell out after seeing the base of the cylinders in feeling better about the 1/8" overbore to install the sleeve. I think this unit was very low hours before it froze. I asked my grandfather and he never recalls seeing it run, it was busted as long as he can recall. So I need a piston asap! HALP!
