Default Unknown clutch pulley pieces?

Can anyone identity clutch pieces as shown has a part number as you can see from image..thanks for all help and responses....edgar in west tn...

8351 TM shows up in the parts book as being used on the later 10-20 Titan tractors - 1921 and 1922.

It is for the "brake-band" style clutch pulley. Jason
