Default Looking for Wisconsin TJD

I have a J20 Ditch Witch that had a rod come through the side of the block. It had a TJD engine in it. Is there anything made today to do an engine swap to some other 2 cyl modern engine? If not, I'm looking for a replacement TJD if anyone has one or knows of one. I'm in east central Indiana.

Thanks

I'd first address why the engine failed before fitting another engine.

Were you running the machine on a very steep angle (i.e. oil starvation), Does the machine get regularly used? (if sitting too long the check balls in the oil pump will stick and the engine will run without oil pressure) Was the engine low on power, and someone wired the governor all of the way open? Does the piece of machinery sit in a dirty barn? (mouse nest in the air shroud)

The TJD is a tough engine, you can beat the snot out of one all day long, and it wont mind. As far as im concerned there are only three ways for a rod failure to occur in that engine; overrunning the governor, failed oil pump, and clogged air fins causing a piston/cylinder seizure.

It doesn't get used often. It has just been used every 3 or 4 years for projects. It had the oil and gas changed. The governor was adjusted correctly. Air shroud clean. Upon looking a little closer, the nut was missing from one of the rod studs, I'd say it worked itself loose somehow.
