Default Original Lejay HiBall Fence Charger Kit

So I picked up this original Hiball kit off eBay. It had been listed for probably 5 minutes when I saw it and it had a buy it now so I scooped it up! Here's some pics.

Hi jay, I just got a LeJay fence charger, what year where they made, how did you ground the little cow, do you get shocked if you touch the fence wire, I just put together a small barn yard around my charger, but I think I can make it better, I used insulated wire, just trying to learn about these, thank you matt

It's from the 1930s-1940s. Yes you can get badly shocked touching it- the Model T coil packs a wallop, not a tickle. Perhaps do some more research into what you're getting into before hooking this up; you don't want to get hurt.
