Default TDH with small welding end

The block has 1949 11 stamped on it, Iím guessing the date?
Welding end is super small but the dial says 350+. Generator end is Way two small to be that amperage I would think. Definitely AC output

Everything is there complete turns over was under a tarp for many years nuts and bolts are not frozen.

Generator end has 6 brush rigs. Does that make it 1200 rpm?
Brushes are not frozen and the commutator looks awesome
