Default Clean Skinner Ribbon type Air Filter

Hi all, picked up an old strunk Rebranded Sears and Roebuck Saw. Can anyone tell me how to clean the skinner ribbon type air filter ? Thanks. Looking for a manual too.

swish around in any solvent and blow dry from inside out.
