Default "Blair 19" Western Tool & Stamping Co Mower ?

I was just given a "Blair 19" push rotary mower which was made by the Western Tool & Stamping Co in Des Moines Iowa. It is in really nice shape and I would like to find further info on this unit, does anyone have one? It has a Briggs model 61502 made in 1958. The model of the mower is AP 919-A
Thanks in advance!!

~ Jonathan

Just checked my copy of "Lawnmowers 1948-1962" a collection of ads compiled by Alan C. King, but couldn't find any reference to a Blair 19 model mower. There is reference to several ads for Homko mowers made by Western Tool & Stamping Co., Des Moines, Iowa circa 1954-55.
