Default REO speed wagon truck

OK looking to sell a 1948 REO speed Wagon truck, was bought new in 1948, and garage kept since day one(reo dealer was 2 miles from where this truck lived its whole life)
it is in excellent condition, all original, never screwed with. all parts are there, NO broken glass or lights or anything, body is dent free, and rust free, frame is solid
the front bumper has a SMALL dent in it, from I believe trying to push something, ITS NOT bents at the mounts, just a small cave in in the bumper's metal
have an extra spare rear wheel
has just 28,485 mile on it
ran great when it was parked in 1967, and has stayed in the garage till 7-12-2015, when I had to remove it due to loosing the garage its been in all its life
have a clean title for it
ITS currently sitting OUTSIDE, and I am TRYING to find a new garage for it ASAP(had one when I loaded it up,,then a friends tractor went down and took the spot on me till its repaired??

I am asking $7500.00 or best offer
I doubt you will EVER find another one in this condition, there just are NOT many out there period, never mind one that was garage kept since new?

Cool old REO! I always did like them.

My dad had one just like it, running and licensed with a nice steel flat bed with stake sides. He sold it in the early 80's for $500 The bed was worth more than that but.....The problem with the big trucks is they take up so much room. You can't just pull them into the 2 car garage on the house. Also the old trucks are so low geared that they are not pratical to drive.

It is a shame because they are really cool, and a lot of times can be found in nice original condition, like yours. Your price does not sound bad, but I think there is a real limited market for the big trucks.

yes I agree that is one of the set backs to selling this truck, it needs a special buyer that knows them and about there set backs
but this is a super clean truck that is pretty old, and I doubt there are honestly many trucks from the 40's that were garage kept all there live's and were only one owner trucks living in same garage all there life as this one is
plus all parts are with it 100% NOTHING missing
truck never seen road salt, which FEW if many trucks in the NE can claim too LOL
but I do hope someone will make a home for it soon

I would be willing to trade this truck for a modern snow plow set up for a my truck too, if that interest anyone
\I have a 06 dodge 2500 looking for a plow for
that would be a very good trade I think if someone had a good used plow set up for my truck too!

I am open to other possible trade s too, just never know till you hear what is offered
SO< anyone want to trade something for this truck??
