Default Associated cart

I have a Choreboy 1 3/4 (gooseneck trip) and an Associated cart. I need to put new skids on. Can anyone help with:

--dimensions of skids (or flat deck)? I have mag. and outside of base gas tank.

--mount flywheels or head to steering end?

--placement of axles from ends?

--skids painted, varnished or oiled?

--color of wheels?

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks, Dick Webber

Here is a pic of original literature for an air cooled Chore Boy. I used this pic to make my own hand cart and from scaling I can assume that the 2x12 is 2" thick and 48" long. Pull cart is the same size. I will e-mail you a pic of the pull cart this evening. Notice how the fuel tank just reaches under the rocker arm (So don't set it too far back) This mag fired version has no battery/tool box either.

Hi Keith, I noticed the mixer on the engine pictured does'nt have a bowl or choke cup on it. I had one like that once and thought it was missing. Learned something new here each day. Have you seen many like that ? Greg.
