Default Gaussmeter/Magnetometer

Does anyone know where I could get one that will measure up to a few hundred Gauss? Would prefer the sty7le that just looks like an ammeter, not a digital style. Bill Klein

I've got an article on my web page about building an analog Gaussmeter.

The crcuit is pretty simple and the parts should still be available.

Just go to my web page and scroll down.

Thanks Eldon, I will check it out. I intend to get you some more info on the Model T buzz coil/alternator as well. Bill Klein

Last year I built two gaussmeters - analog style - similar in style to the one on Eldon's web page.
One was for me and the other was for a pal who was rebuilding his Model T and re-charging his magnets.
The job is now done and he doesn't use it anymore.
I'll speak to him and see if it's OK with him for you to have it.

I checked with him and he's finished with it.
Can you please send me the mailing address in a private message?
