If you are talking about the steel disc wheels, those things are like hens teeth. I have been trying to get my hands on a set to adapt to a model T speedster project but just can't get the fellow to turn loose.

Daniel, good to hear from another 28 Chevy owner. I have a 2 door coupe that I need to finish the paint on to reassemble and get it back on the road. Right now it kind of looks like I am trying to hot rod it because the fenders and hood are off. However it is going back bone stock. I got sidetracked with it and it has sat for longer than it should.
Too bad you are overseas from the US, I managed to get a second set of the steel disc wheels for mine when I was collecting parts. I imagine it would be a bit of an ordeal to try to ship something like that.
Good luck getting yours back on the road. I was very lucky that all the wood in mine was in excellent shape so I did not have to do any of that replacement. Which model are you working on?

Darren

Real mixed bag there! Looks like four 20" maybe 19" wheels, 1929 or 1930 and the other 3 could be anywhere from 1926 to 28. It is somewhat easy to find the wheels, it's the rims that are hard. Too many were left sitting in the dirt and are rotted out or just beat up.

1926-1928 used a plate on the outside so they were flat. The later 1929 up used the embossed area where attached to the hub like can be seen on some of the wheels.

The 1926-1927 rims/wheels are different then the 1928 rim/wheel, 1928 rims are wider.

This is the what I have come up with in my search for rims for the 1926-27 wheels for my T.
