Default Indian Chief 74 Specs Wanted

Hello, can anyone tell me the diameter of a Indian Chief 74 piston wrist pin diameter. 3.250 bore. Also looking for the measurement from wrist pin center to top of piston. Trying to match up piston to fit a project. Thanks

I rebuild vintage indian engines, transmissions and clutch's. Mike your cylinders, after cleaning them up, then mike your rod ends. The best place to buy pistons is Kiwi indian.
His pistons start at 3.250. His wrist pins are offset .025 to the back of the cylinder which is very necessary. If you dont have rods he has them also.

Now I'm puzzled. Is this a tractor with an Indian engine in it? If so, any chance you could post a few pictures? Or you trying to fit an Indian piston into a tractor engine?

If it helps, Indian Chief in the 1930s had .75" diameter piston pins, Harley Davidson UL pins were 20mm around the same time.

Thanks Jack that is exactly what I was looking for. Would you know the pins center to top of pistons measurements?
Actually I saw some cheap pistons on ebay w/ the same bore that I need for my tractor. No it doesn't have an Indian engine, just same bore. It's a vintage garden tractor that you cant buy new parts for. Thanks

Tim, I cannot find much on Indian but the compression height for the HD UL piston is 1.75". I think Indian is a little less.
