Default Early Horn - Harley/Indian?

was wondering if I can get some help trying to place this horn I had in storage. I think its from a 30's Harley?

There were many flat horns like that on motorcycles and even some cars. The "W" should be a clue to someone who knows horns. Perhaps for Wards like this one:
Just a guess.
