I have not seen a Chapman with an Ontario tag, but have seen a lot of Nelson Brother's Built engines with Ontario tags on them. Sounds like a fun find. -Bill In Indiana

The Chapman has a fully enclosed crank and a square head . The Nelson Bros. is open crank with a more conventional head
