Default Missing parts for IHC Tom Thumb, 1HP...

Hi

I have been offered an IHC Tom Thumb, 1HP, in good condition, but the rocker arm and fan are missing. Before I buy it, I want to know if it is possible to find these parts (or as reproduction parts)?

Regards
Morten/DENMARK
