Default Need help finding parts for Sears motor

I bought this little motor. It runs, but does not have much power. Where can I get parts for it? It states on the tag that it was manufactured by Sears Roebuck, serial number 500.95461, series 81. Any idea as to when it was made? The foot starter makes me think it may have been from a washing machine.

Thanks for any help!

It wasnt made with too much power... I think it was only rated at 2/3 hp.

WMB's were rated at 2/3 HP. Here is a scan of Briggs Horse Power ratings. Your engine is an earlier model. Made sometime before 1940/1941.

Here is a link to cross a Sears model number to a Briggs number (5 Digit)
