Default Need timing instructions for Stover model "Y"

Hey all any one out there that can tell me how to time a Stover Mod "Y". The timing marks that I put dont seem to line up or I cant get to go in the right place. DUH so I think it would be easier just to use the factory ones. MAN I'll be kickin my self for this one awile. LOL
