Default New Guy from Bangor, Michigan

First off this is a great site. Thanks to all who have posted great info in helping with my engine problems.
Seems like the engine bug hit me late in life. I have been going to the Michigan Flywheelers show in South Haven, Michigan, for several years just to look. So 3 years ago I purchased a John Deere 1950 B, to drive around as we decided to camp for the four day event. It was a blast.
Ouch I got bit hard.

Now I have 9 maytags, a FM 1 1/2 headless, Stover ct3, stover ct2, ih lb, fm 1 1/2 throttler, 6 hp fm throttler, and a 2 cyl. water cooled leroi. So I am sure I will have many more questions????? Posted

I am hoping to attend a few more shows this year. Especially Portland,as I have heard it is pretty good.

Hello and thanks again for the great site.

Welcome to the Stak. This is a fine hobby to get into, no matter the age? Portland is the place, I do a week for the show, and the swap need to be early.

Welcome to the stak. I have had a couple of engines around for years. But at the age of 64 I got bit real bad. At 65 I am up to 18 engines. I am picking up my latest one, a farm master 40, in birmingham tomorrow. Bill K
