Default John Deere hand truck

hi -- i happened upon an old John Deere hand truck/dolly, and I'm hoping someone can tell me something about it. It's a single handled cart, handle made of oak. About 4' tall. Steel bottom and steel wheels. Stamped "John Deere W 756" into wood handle.

i can't find anything about this... Anyone know anything about it, or could point me in the right direction please? Thank you
