Default 1918 herc 1.5 hp

hello all, my name is mark buffery i own buffs shop, an auto repair garage,i finally bought my hit and miss after 7 years of looking and am planning to restore it and buy others if i can find them i am pumped to find this site for info and to chat to others with the same interest looking forward to chatting with all

I have a 1916 Hercules 1.5. Runs good, sounds cool but I can stop it if I push down on the flywheel. Pretty Neat

yeah im new to this thanks for replying im very very interested in these engines any advice would be much appreciated im tryin to figure this site out my home and shop # is 401-294-2962 sometime give me a jingle thanks what do u think is wrong with yours maybe a bad bearing?

chris, you have any info on these engines?mine runs great looking for good info on how to time it when i reassmble it ive built many many hot rods and have taken many pics through the process and plan to do the same with herc so, when i can ill post pics just need to figure this site out
