Default Johnson Ironhorse 4 cycle Engine (I need parts)

Does anyone has or can find a carburetor for it? My Engine is a 4 cycle 400 series Johnson Ironhorse. I bought this engine few weeks ago. I cleaned it and checked spark. It has good spark but it won't start. It doesn't even fires. The carburetor has some serious damage though. It's a suction carburetor. The tip, where the suction is was badly bent. the choke lever is also missing. That's why I want to change the carburetor. I also need help on how to get it in shape to start it.
Thank you.

Yours doesnt look so bad, just a matter of getting the carb working,,should be easy enough with a few little workarounds here or there.
Cmon over to this forum, where there are more that specialize in the smaller gas jobs.
I'm working on one myself at the moment.

I see you have a nice XA 400 series Johnson Iron Horse. If you post the serial number we could help date your engine. Hope there is someone closer to you to help with carburetor. The engine ads section of this site is a good place to put a ad up looking for parts. If you remove the cylinder from the base, these engines use the gasket to set valve clearance. Gasket has to be right thickness. As for the other gaskets any good paper material will work.
