Default Fairbanks Morse 25hp Y Style H engine

OK all you engine nuts. I am new to this forum and am need of some help from you.
Several years ago my husband purchased a Fairbanks Morse 25hp Y style H engine that he intended to restore. Unfortunately he passed before beginning work on it.
My research has found that it was originally sold to a saw mill in 1918 and later sold to a grain mill where it operated for many years.
He purchased it in an auction from the grain mill. The flywheels do turn and I have several boxes of misc parts that were removed from the engine when they were moving it.
Now my problem. I need to put a value on it for the estate and also for the potential of selling. Needless to say, I won't be restoring it. Hopefully someone can help.
My husband was a diesel nut. I even have a diesel corvette
I also have an un-restored John Deere H tractor and a 1950 John Deere restored tractor with a finish mower. Same issues.
Any help would be appreciated.
