Default Flywheel identity...

Hi...I picked up this flywheel recently....can anybody possibly identify what it was used on? Maybe an engine...or some other farm related piece of equipment? Only has eight spokes and one spoke has cast with it a possible place for a governor? Well...I know it is a long shot but take alook and maybe with your help we can identify what it was used for. Approximately 36" across and about 2" wide with a crank diameter of 1 1/2". Thanks alot.

might be a flywheel off of a drag saw, the saw or pitman arm might have hooked on where the holes are in the spokes????
