Default Hired Man magneto magnet needs a charge.

I've got this sweet Hired Man but have only been able to run it off battery and coil. I finally started looking into why the mag doesn't work and as best I can tell the magnet is 'dead'. I've seen these magnetizers but don't have the time or interest to build one. So, I'm looking for someone to recharge it for me. I'm hangin out in East Texas till mid Feb and if there is someone here I'd like to get it done before I head home to Oregon. Once, in Oregon I'll really need to get it done as I intend to part with this rare beauty. So, anyone in East Texas or Oregon with the device and a willingness to help out send me a message. Also, could someone give me an idea of the value of this complete engine on a sweet cart. This a really nice engine that I've worked through and will require very little or no further work.
