Default What Axle Is This ?

I have a small front axle with 5th wheel. The cast wheels are 6 spoke, just slightly rounded (almost flat) 7" diameter, casting #Z-29. Front axle is 3/4" pipe (16 1/2" long) that has been cast into the lower bolster with loops where the handle attaches and a round casting at the pivot area that is 3-1/2" in diameter, casting # Z-31. The top bolster has the same 3-1/2" diameter 5th wheel to match the lower one with a V shape casting up to the skids, casting #Z-32. The spread at the top to recieve the engine skids is 6-3/8. Is this a FM axle ? What is the diameter of the rear wheels supposed to be, and what kind of bracket held them to the skid ? Sorry can't do photos. Thank you---Roland
