Help! What are some good methods for removing the sleeve from a six horse International "M " engine. Joe Morris

Joe, a long threaded rod and some flat iron a few pieces wood and you have a good working puller. This always have work for me. When you think it's stuck wait a while and spray WD-40 or the like and try to turn the nut again. With a little patience it will come. Let us know when you find something strange at the hopper bottom

If you're not trying to save it, I've heard you can weld a couple beads down the length of it, and it will shrink a bit. Kevin
