Question Charter Gas Engine Co

Does any one have an owners manual or a diagram for the piping on a Charter 4 HP Horizontal engine? There is a cast iron tank on top of the engine, what appears to be a heat exchanger in the exhaust, 2 pumps mounted on the intake port, a fuel injecter, and a lot of loose piping. HEEEEEELP! All kidding aside, any operating tips appreciated!
Thanks, Andrew
