Roland, you just click on them, and if that doesn't work you call your wife!
I'm not kidding, that's what I do. What in the world do old engine guys know about computers anyway? I wish I knew more! Kevin

Unhappy Re: Thumbnails

I have been clicking, and then I called my kids, and they can't seem to help either. It gets frustrating when you guys are talking about new finds and what kind of engine it is and I can't see it. We just changed to earthlink recently, maybe that has something to do with it. I'm about as thick as a brick when it comes to this stuff.

Roland

When you see a post that has a thumbnail (below) what happens when you CLICK on that thumbnail ????

It should open into a new page. and a full size phto will show. You may be able to enlarge that photo by clicking the bottom left corner.

Are the thumbnail photos showing at the bottom of the post ????????

Earthlink has nothing to do with the problem.

Jim

I get a long box running across the bottom with the word thumbnails in the upper left hand corner. I have moved the arrow to it and single clicked, double clicked, clicked and held, etc. nothing happens. I checked it on a computer at work, and a small photo shows at the bottom that I can click on--Have no problem there. opened right up ?????

Roland, try holding down the "Ctrl" key when you click the mouse. I have to do that to get into "Chat"....Helen

I don't think it is that simple but it is worth a try!

I could'nt get a complete pic for the 4 thumbnails of the Plymouth car. About one fourth and then "done". Would log off, redial for a different connection and try again, same thing. Did anyone else have a problem?

We don't have any neighborhood kids to call on. An explanation would be appreciated

Hey Roland

There may be a setting that Harry may be able to help you with. I looked for a way to allow thumbnains and can not find it.

Good Luck,

Jim

IF this is a new occurrence it might have something to do with your browser settings. What operating system (win98-2000-XP) are you using and what browser: IE, Netscape or ?
