Rob,

Write to: Preston Foster
c/o Warren Works

Enclose a picure or two with a full description and give him your email address. Have patience for your reply as he gets busy with life and shows, etc. I have his email address but it is not close at hand.

Bob,

Does your 1 1/2 HP Foos Jr look like this one?

Ignore the mixer I didn't have the original so I made that one out of a sprinkler valve.

Does yours have the name cast on the hopper?

My engine dosn't have tag or serial number at all.

There don't seem to be many of these around.

My Foos starts very easy and runs slow hitting about 8 times a minute.

It is one of my favorite engines.

Dick

DICK:
My FOOS does have the name cast right in both sides of the water hopper.
It also has a brass tag and it is a type J 1 1/2 HP. speed 500 RPM
I don't think it is a JR.
