Default How should a 9hp EK Hercules.....

Run, it hits about 3 times, then the gov shuts the butterfly off, goes for about ten seconds then hits three more times. Should they run like a International M? or what?

Exclamation Re: How should a 9hp EK Hercules.....

Is it hit&miss or throttled ? Some throttle types just do not like to idle smoothly with no load!
