Default Nelson bros...found its way to my truck

This engine went home with me......I saw the webster and HAD TO HAVE IT!! Nelson bros...webster...oil mains, kero burng throtle gov. ....4 digit serial #3303 3hp, tagged for GRAY, tank in sub base, lightly stuck and everything loosening up quick! Bad news, one gov weight was broken and the rocker was also broke.......other than that appears to be all there AND should look great oiled up WITHOUT the spraycan paint job! Anyone know year built or any info appreceated Thanks Harry!!
