Around 1923 IHC made a corporate change in the names of their products to McCormick-Deering. The same time they changed to high tension and the engines got the McC-D name, depending of the horse power type. Some were earlier then the others and export engines were mostly later in name change is my experience. So I have an 3hp International of 1926 (imported to France) with an only "Deering" name at the hopper side. Roughly said after 1925 it's McC-D.
