Question Canandaiguia, anyone besides me and Rob 8-11/14

Got time off work (no "BREAKS") and am putting together some models and stuff in the pickup for display. I'm excited and so is the wife. We've been going for a few years now and can hardly wait. Motel is set (made reservations last year before we left). They are featuring Case tractors and Fairbanks Morse engines. Always a good show even if it rains. I'm bringing my boots and rain gear just in case. Don't forget the hot meals, they are the best. Hope to see some stakers wearing buttons.

Paul,

I will be opposite the south entrance with my Alamo, F&J Farm Pump and Kero Sattley. Anyone wanting to help get the Sattley to fire, grab a flywheel and pull . Look forward to meeting you.

John

Steve,

Most people will be leaving Sunday morning. The two biggest days are Friday and Saturday. On Sunday, everyone heads to the next show (or home to shower!!).

I got my Allis Chalmers going tonight to use to get the engines in place. Now all i have to do is get everything up there and also some wood for a old wood splitter so we can get it belted up and going.Dave

I will be there on Thu. Gonna try to drive up early that morning if I can get the dang brake problem figured out with the truck. Gonna bring my FMZ and maybe a briggs or two.

John:
I am hoping to set up by you this year. I am normally in another location. Do you have the same neighbors every year? I do not want to irritate folks by stealing their normal spot. Just want to be on higher ground. Does anyone want to set up a meeting place and time for stackers?

Dan,

I camp with 5 other Stakers opposite the south entrance. I just built a new show trailer with a red oak deck. Hopefully, it will stand out in the crowd.

Meeting place around the IHC engine corral across from the "FOOD" at 1:00pm each day. Not sure I'll be there myself as there is so much to do and see, and I loose complete track of time , and, ... it's just a fun week .

Hi All.....I'll be there Wed-Sunday...Come over and look me up at the large Gas Tractor area near the loading dock. I keep five 30-60hp Gas Tractors there and always have room for riders or if you like, try your hand at driving one....Ed

Yep, think I'm gonna go. Wasn't going to but now I have a change of plans. Will probably just put my Oliver 70 on the trailer as I won't have any of my family for helping hands. Need to catch up on my Empire State Hart Parr Oliver Collectors Dues so I will probably be set up near their tent. Look for a Oliver 70 with Cast Iron wheels that are Green instead of Red. They have Oliver Cast into the face of them.

Hank
