Default Lunkenheimer No. 0 Copper Container

Is this item on eBay really a Lunkenheimer container? (item number 7538242255) If it is, what is it used for? It looks to me to be a container with a Lunkenheimer grease cap.

It's just like that. The container has nothing to do with Lunkenheimer.
