Default Ultimotor

I am looking for any information/literature/pictures of the Ultimotor
gas engine 2.4/2.5hp. This engine is a 1947 built in Buffalo, New York.
Also any leads on inforamtion. Thanks Harry.

I have a couple of these motors. Both of mine have reduction gear PTO (6:1).
My other one is currently all apart in a box, but it is all there.
One application that I know of was on a 2 wheel garden tractor.
How did you determine that yours is a 1947? I don't know anything about the history of the company or what years these particular engines were made. If anyone else does, please let me know!
I have reprints of the owners manual available. E-Mail me if interested.

does anyone have a rod for this ultimotor? i picked one up a week ago and the rod is junk in it but the engines is all there and looks to be in perfect shape besides the bad rod. or if anyone knows if this rod was used in another engine?the rod says permite 1 on one side and says 110-1 on other side of the rod. has anyone seen this rod before? any info on this motor would be great!!!!! thanks jess
