Default Well Hello, and Welcome to SmokStak.com

Bruce here, and I have been around the Stak, for some time. (years) A little about me, I am semi-reTired, and live far out in the Alaskan bush. I generate ALL my own power. I have had numerous different Occupations over my lifetime, so far, and they include, Federal Agent, PowderMan, RadioMan, Communications Consultant, Gunsmith, and Trading Post Owner.

I found the Stak, many years ago, looking for information on an OLD Onan Genset that I had acquired. It has grown SIGNIFICANTLY, since then, as has my collection and experience with Onan Gensets. A few years back Harry asked "Me", if I would moderate the Motor and Generator Forum, which has now split into a whole passel of different Brand Name Forums. I have enjoyed learning from, and passing on, the Knowledge and Wisdom, of our Resident SmartGuys, who help answer the questions from of our Users. They, collectively, have many hundreds of ManYears, of Professional Experience, in the field of Petroleum Powered Generator Repair, Maintainance, and Operation, from little 1 & 2 Kw consumer units, to Multi-MegaWatt Prime Power Units, built and marketed by many different OEMs.

We, the Moderators of SmokStak.com, Welcome our Users, New and Old, and hope you find what your looking for, here within the forums of the site. SmokStak is for Information Exchange, and meeting other Folks , who share the same interests, as we do. There are forums here, for MANY different areas of interest, so look around, for what makes your Heart Thump, and be involved.
