Default Hello from Florida

Hello everyone from NW Florida. Just joined and wanted to say howdy. The only old engine I have is I think an L series JD which I plan to restore one day. I was looking for info when I found this site. Anyway this looks like a great place to be and I'm looking forward to learning from ya'll.

Welcome, I'm sure it won't be long and your collection will grow. Especially if you keep up on this site. It will bring up all kinds of ideas and ways to spend your savings.....
I know I have a list of good Ideas I've learned here that I can't wait to try.

I know where you're from! Went to a show at the Panhandle Pioneer Settlement last October (I think it was).

I'm also from what you call NW Florida. I just call it the Heart of The Redneck Riviera. I'm near Port St. Joe.

Welcome to Smokstak!

Take care - Elden

Thanks everyone for the welcome.

Elden, let me know next time you're coming to the Pioneer Settlement. I'll try to met you there. They have lots of get togethers, cane grindings, syrup making, hog butcherings,Blacksmithing, sawmilling, and just cooking and eating (which I'm good at).
