Welcome to the Stak! I'm originally from ND and currently in AZ... is your area forecasting the big snow like ND is?

No snow yet, we don,t get much where we are at, they call it the banana belt. Its in between two mountain ranges and most snow stays in Mts, but it does get cold. What kind of projects are you doing?

.............................snipped.............. .......

My grandfather and two uncles were engineers. I have some antique tools, a slide rule scale in leather case, another scale, a leather case with compass and other engineering tools that i would like to sell to someone who can appreciate and use them. The cases belonged to my grandfather who was central in developing the gas turbine engine at Dresser-Clark in Olean (now Dresser-Rand.) He died in 1968. I even have a piece of shrapnel from the first one that blew up. I have a rudimentary photo of these antique items , but not sure how to post them. Can you help me out. Lisa Hennig

Right now I'm working on a 42 Fairbanks Morse ZC 52 three horsepower... was supposed to have been gone through fairly well, but I'm finding some problems... see this thread:
