Question Question on 1941 Ford 9N Tractor engine

I'am working on a 1941 Ford 9N engine. My question is what the orientation of the piston and rods should be. My pistons have a ford script on one side and numbers/ABC on the other side. The crowns have no marking except STD. The rods have a 9N on one side and ford script on the other side. The rods and caps were marked for the cyclinder holes, but some were on the camshaft side and two were on the other side. Number three bearing was starting to go bad. Rods were .020 under and mains are standard. Bores are good and measure mid standard. Any help would be apprieciated.
