Default piston pump needed for Peace Corps project

Hello All,
New to this site. I am a Peace Corps volunteer serving in the Dominican Republic. We need a pump we can rig to run on water power (like a ram pump...but not a ram pump...can't get the pressure out of it) to pump 15 gpm 450 feet (200 psi) up. I have a Myers shallow well pump at home and thought of that but it is only good for 3 gpm or so. My quick numbers tell me I need a pump with about 250cc displacement and 4 stroke per second with, scaling up from my Myers, about 1.5 HP driver. We are thinking of building a pelton wheel to do the work here in the DR. Any thoughts on what we can use for a pump?
Thanks,
Paul

Paul,
Best Wishes to you and your helpers.
I'm wondering what class of machinery you want;
1. Old style open, bronze or babbitt bearings with hand lubrication
2. Enclosed with roller bearings and recirculating lubrication
3. recycled or new
