What an amazing show and venue! Thank you to everyone who made this show possible and shared their engines!

A quick overview:

More in depth (sorry I couldn't get detailed video of every engine, the timing just didn't work out):

Looks like a huge double inlet Samson centrifugal pump in the last pic. Not too many of those left in existence.

What a great event! I have to be in California in the near future and I really wanted to work my schedule out to be at CA Gold but just couldn't make it happen. Greg has the neatest set up there for such a happening. Beautiful!!

I saw several faces of folks I know and heard a few more (can't mistake Buzz's voice!)

Ron, I’ve watched the videos 3 times and enjoy them each time. You mention 1 Golden Gate engine. Did one of them have a different name in it as I know there 2 Golden Gate “type” engines there.

Wayne's engine says Golden Gate, and Greg's engine has Schilling cast in the base.

Wayne, this is a moving show. It changes location yearly. This year it was held at Greg W.'s in his back yard! He has built himself an entire mine and town. It was an absolute brilliant location!
