Another unknown oiler

My dad had built a steam tractor with the threshing machine, water tender and other acesories. He also was a sort of a hoarder scrounger and was always over at the scrap yard digging through their inventory. LOL
I do not have a clue where He may have got this old oiler from but I always thought it was pretty cool so here it sets.
Anyone have any knowledge of what it may have come off from ? There are no ID tags nor anyplace where it looks like an ID tag may have been pinned to it. One thing is for certain, the mount it is attached to is home made.
