Band Saw Sharpener

Jack Innes

I recently acquired these two machines but I do not have the room they require in my shop.

One is a shop built band saw with a 21" throat. It has a 1 hp single phase motor & I knew the man who used it 50 years ago - it was old then but did the job
The other is a Wardwell Band Saw Blade Sharpener. It is in great shape & has no welds or breaks. Everything is free & working. The machine files, sets & indexes the teeth as you turn the crank or run it from a line shaft. It is a model K from an ad I found dated 1919. Has anyone used one of these?

Update; I cut 3' of blade & tried the machine. There are adjustments for thickness, width, set & pitch - the thing actually works well
