Cant get any spark on my Lincwelder 225

I have the Operators manual if you want it but it doesn't have that much information. I also have a manual for the CCKA engine. It produces about 16.5 HP at 3600 rpm. It looks like the unit was manufactured in March of 1968. One thing I noticed in the pictures is the high / low lever on the front engine shroud appears to be in the low position. The idler function won't work like this. Has to be all the way to the left. If you want the manuals let me know your email address and I will send them.
