Be sure to click the REMEMBER ME box before clicking Log In. Otherwise, if you find that you need to log in each time that you visit this site, you have a cookie problem. Your log-in information and site preferences are stored in a cookie file on your own computer.

Know that www.smokstak.com and www.enginads.com are two entirely different web site domains as far as the cookie files are concerned.

(If you mess up cookie control in your web browser, you must at least allow cookies from enginads.com and smokstak.com as that is how your user name and password is remembered from one session to another.)

In Firefox: tools > options > privacy > exceptions

In Internet Explorer go to > tools > internet options > privacy > sites

Add: www.smokstak.com to your list of sites to allow cookies. Also add: www.enginads.com

If you are using Norton Internet Security or other FIREWALL, set your firewall to allow www.smokstak.com and www.enginads.com pop-ups and access. (We do not use pop-ups for ads, pop-ups are strictly informational about operating this site.) Also, we use HTTP_REFERER to keep other web sites from filching our graphics. You must allow HTTP_REFERER in your firewall to see our graphics!

Sometimes cookie files can get overloaded. On Internet Explorer, go to > tools > Internet Options > Delete Files (these are temporary cache files) If you want to delete all cookies, make sure that you have all your passwords written down!

I run this site daily with Firefox 3 and I use Internet Explorer 6 for testing. I also have access to IE7 and AOL.
