IHC Mystery Part

Been helping some fellow ihc collectors clean up the estate of a local old time ihc collector that passed away earlier this year. This part has us all stumped. It's the approximate size of the furrow wheel for a little genius plow. Has an axle thru it. On the one side it has teeth so either it drove something or something drove it. On the dish side there are rows of bumps that I assume served some purpose. Has the old IHC logo and part# 7352A. Maybe some kind of spinning mixing bowl? Any guesses?

I've had a number of ih cream separators over the years and don't think any had a part like this but I'll admit I haven't seen them all. I gotta believe the part spins for some purpose. How fast it spins is another unknown. Thanks for the reply. This ones got a lot of us stumped

Does the 'axle' on the hollow side extend out far enough to be used like a wheel barrow wheel? I'm looking at my Planet Jr. planters with a wheel and a drive gear on it and thinking some kind of ground drive for a seeder or spreader. The great number of teeth means something would be spinning pretty fast though...... oh well, it's a thought.
