Just got home. What a great swap. Couldn't have asked for much better ground conditions. Amazing what you guys accomplished from what you had to work with. See you all next year.

Thanks everyone who attended to make this swap meet one of the best, sure didn't look that way leading up to it due to the amount of snow and wind we had two weeks ago. Thanks to Andy Moravec for the drone photo of the meet taken later on Saturday afternoon.

I've only been able to attend LeSueur 3 times but loved each one. It happens at a time of year when I've just got too many things going on to get away for a week. You guys really know how to put it on and organize a Swap. Congrats to all of you that put in so much effort and time to make it a success. AND, thanks to all the Vendors who come. You're the ones who really make it fun!

A Big Thank You to all who work hard to put this on. Like the Guy who gets you in and out of the cart register building, and the little elderly gal that parks
you in the rows, And the Threshers kitchen folks. I stood in line just 20 minutes
and was eating a good hot meal. Thanks so Much for what you do! Great Time
again this year.

Again, a big THANK YOU to everyone involved in making sure we all had an excellent swap meet again this year!:salute: We packed up and pulled out about 1:30pm this afternoon and made the 3 hour trip back home without incident, still have a fair bit of unloading to do but despite the buying we did we still had a much lighter trailer on the return trip so all in all it was a great success. We made sure to reserve our spots for next year again and are already looking forward to it!

here are a couple more pictures from the swap. The last pic was our load before we left home.
OldIronLindy, you busted my son and I counting out money at the DreamSteam trailer. I told my 3 year old in the stocking cap and red flannel not to tell mom that we were buying anything and there he is holding two hundreds, which I told him were ones, while I was counting out some twenties :D (upper right of picture)

So, What did you buy?
I see you standing in front of what looks like a Falk or Schoenner steam engine.

Sorry man, I hope your Wife doesn't see it! He sure had a nice bunch of engines.

Haha I was showing her the picture when I noticed the money, but luckily she didn't spot it :D

The large Falk (I believe) and a Stuart 501 with early style lubricator followed me home. :D

Was tempted by his Paul Breisch Cretors replica, but decided to pass.

Hello All,
I sold well, bought a few little goodies and had an amazingly wonderful time visiting with all the old iron hounds.
All the people who put on this epic swap meet do a fabulous job!
Hands down, one of the very best metallic flavored parties on the entire planet!
Soooooo.......
What is the club going to do to make more acres available
Fill the low NE end?
Move south into the tillable?
Jump the drainage ditch with a massive culvert?
A club that does such a good job needs more room :salute:

I have attended the LeSeur Swap for I think 29 years. Each year I look forwards to it. Meeting fellow collectors and renewing old friendships. It's like a family reunion, many I only see at the swap.
I did well selling and want to thank the LeSeur Club for all the hard work. I think we often don't realize all the work that goes into planning the swap. Thanks to all of you and see you next year RAIN OR SHINE Yea Lee

For 2019,
I hope the dedicated club members had enough time to fix the showgrounds after mother natures latest fit.
A big thank you to all Pioneer Power workers for all you do every year :salute:
I will be sitting under my Twin City flag just east a few spots from the lower-west gate, south of brown and white building if you have time to sit-n-visit.
Good luck swapping everyone!

Tony, I'll try to find some time to look you up this weekend. We finished loading up our trailer this evening and just have to put the last few items in the camper in the morning and plan to make it down there tomorrow afternoon sometime, unless we hear another negative report about the condition of the grounds before then. Will be checking back here tomorrow before leaving though, hopefully tomorrow's nice weather forecast will hold to keep improving things.
