Wow that sounds bad. here in northern Utah i has to look up a “mud dauber” just to see what it was. don’t have a problem with them in the slightest here. i got this engine from a fellow a bit south of salt lake city. his dad was a collector- i assume the engine is not native to utah. we do have a very large problem with normal wasps, though.
