What is this Engine?


Some of the unique features folks pointed out while at Portland...
1. Odd fuel saver mechanism
2. Counter weights cast into flywheels, with holes thru them
3. Sextant-looking timing adjustment lever
4. Lots of brass pieces
5. Odd carburetor, this is also unmarked, several folks did not feel as though it was lunkenheimer
6. 4 bolt cam cap and crank caps
7. The governor spring passes thru a hole drilled in the crankshaft, very odd.
8. Most interesting to me is the fact that the engine base, cylinder, and the offset combustion chamber are all one casting. I'm sure it must of been a difficult casting to create.
